As breeders of purebred cats, we feel it is also our obligation to the felines of this world to do our part in finding homes for those kittens and/or cats that are left homeless through no fault of their own.  Towards that end, we run a no-kill feline shelter under the name of the Exotic Heritage Cat Association of America.  At the current time, we have over thirty cats that are in desparate need of someone or a family to call their own.  These cats would make loving companions for those who cannot afford the sometimes substantial price tags associated with purebred cats.  These cats are no less deserving of loving homes than those purebreds that are sold by the numerous breeders throughout the US and, indeed, the world.  If you can find it in your heart to adopt one of these lovely animals, I am sure they will be forever grateful and return your love in kind.

Meet Sconcie.  Sconcie is approximately 5 years old and looks like she may have some Tonkinese in her background.  She is very playful and an extremely loving little girl. She would very much love to have her own very special family...with someone she can snuggle up to at night, and play with during the day.  Sconcie truly believes she is still a kitten.  If interested in Sconcie, please email exoticheritagecats@exoticheritagecat.com.  Ask for her by name.  Of course, if you do not have room to adopt another cat, contributions to our no-kill shelter are always welcome.

This is another view of Sconcie.  You may not be able to tell from the photograph, but Sconcie is a beautiful little redhead.  Her ears look like two little flickering flames, which is why, I suppose, they call this colored cat a "flamepoint".  Sconcie has red points, but is otherwise quite "white" in her coloring.  She would dearly love to be adopted.  Please contact us at exoticheritagecats@exoticheritagecat.com if you would like to welcome Sconcie into your home.

Even though they look red from the camera flash, Sconcie has the most beautiful blue eyes.  Because she is so white in color, her blue eyes really stand out.  If you would like to have this blue-eyed redhead for your very own, contact exoticheritagecats@exoticheritage cat.com.

ScooterFace.JPG

Meet Boot Scootin' Scooter (AKA Scooter; AKA Scootie).  Scooter is a blue and white long haired bi-color neutered male.  He is approximately six years old.  He has four even white socks (as we say in the horse world...four on the floor).  Scooter is a real purring machine and is known to make a pest of himself, as he climbs in your lap, or in your face as you try to work on your computer.

ScooterCrossedLegs.JPG

As you can see, Scooter is a bit of a clown and loves to pose for the camera.  Here he is in his "Thinker" pose.  If you would like to adopt Scooter, please contact us at exoticheritagecats@exoticheritagecat.com.

ScooterPlay.JPG

Scooter watched as I was photographing kittens and when I had put the last kitten away, Scooter jumped right up on the photo "set" and began strutting his stuff.  He struck pose after pose, as if he was a Hollywood star.  With his luxurious blue and white coat, his clownish behavior, and his loving demeanor, we think Scooter would make a great HHP show cat at TICA shows, if someone was so inclined.  If interested, please contact us at exoticheritagecats@exoticheritagecat.com and give Scooter a forever home.
